Refund & Exchange Terms & Conditions

Requirements for Returns & Exchanges

• All return and exchange requests must be processed at designated AZ Care Pharmacy branches.

• Products must be in their original, unopened, sealed, and resalable condition.

• The original purchase receipt must be presented.

• Any promotional items or free gifts received with the purchase must also be returned in good condition.

• For card payments, the original credit/debit card used for the transaction must be presented.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

• Full refunds are available within 7 days from the purchase date for regular-priced items with manufacturing defects or items that do not meet standard specifications.

• Exchanges for regular-priced items are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.

• Promotional or discounted items may be exchanged within 3 days from the purchase date.

• Electrical items covered under warranty may be exchanged if the damage is not caused by customer misuse or mishandling.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Medicines, food products, and baby milk products.

• Pharmaceutical dermo-cosmetics and cosmetic products.

• Refrigerated items stored below 8°C.

• Personal-use items and wearable products such as supports and socks.

• Sprays, aerosols, inhalers, and inhaler devices.

• Used wheelchairs, walking aids, and support equipment.

• Electrical items damaged after the warranty period has expired.

Refund Methods

• Purchases made by cash will be refunded in cash.

• Purchases made using credit or debit cards will be refunded to the same card account through the bank.
